How to configure and use Let's Encrypt Print

  • 2

1. Login to cPanel.

2. Select "Let's Encrypt for cPanel" under the "Security" option:

3. Locate the domain name you wish to secure from the list. Once located, click the "Issue" link to the right of that domain:

4. On this screen you can select additional aliases to be included in the certificate. These are typically sub-domains of your main domain name. We recommend at the very least ensuring that the mail. and www. prefixes are selected and ticked.

5. Please be patient! It may take up to a minute or more for the certificate(s) to be generated and installed.

6. You're finished! Congratulations, your website is now secured. Simply visit it using the https:// prefix and you should see the green padlock icon in your browser.
