What is auto renew?

When a domain name is near its renewal date, if the "auto renew" option is ticked and enabled, an invoice will be generated for the renewal of the domain. If the "auto renewal" option is unchecked and disabled, no invoice will be generated, and our systems will assume that you no longer wish to renew this domain name. We will still send you renewal notices for the domain name in accordance with ICANN and other regulations, as we are required to.

Please be advised that "auto renew" does not mean that a domain name will automatically be renewed. Domain renewals require a payment to be made, so even with "auto renew" enabled, the invoice that our systems generate will need to be paid (either manually or automatically if we have a valid credit/debit card on file) before the renewal will complete.
