- We do not run SSH on port 22. For additional security we have moved SSH to port 2222 instead. Please use this new port, as attempts to use port 22 could result in your IP address being blocked by our firewalls.
- SSH password authentication is disabled. Instead, you will need to utilise SSH key based authentication. You can import your key to your account from within cPanel under the 'SSH Access - Manage SSH Keys' option. Please consult the documentation for your local OS or SSH client for details on how to generate a public and private keypair.
