I transferred my domain name away from this* to another provider, but it is still showing in my client area!

Losing registrars (the registrar from where you are moving the domain away) are not notified that a domain has been transferred away to a new provider, therefore every few days we run a script that checks all of the domains of our clients and marks any that are transferred away as cancelled. If your domain is still showing as active despite being transferred elsewhere, please wait up to 72 hours for this to be updated in our billing software.
