Because domain names are non-refundable once they have been registered or renewed, unfortunately you cannot directly cancel them. To cancel further renewals of a domain, or to cancel the automatic renewal of a domain name, please follow these steps;
1. Login to the client area.
2. Select 'Domains' then 'My Domains':
3. Locate the appropriate domain you wish to cancel and click the down arrow icon next to the wrench symbol, then select 'Auto Renewal Status':
4. Finally, click the 'Disable Auto Renew' button to complete the process. Any currently open invoices for the domain renewal will also be cancelled after this button is pressed:
