Our systems will send the EPP Code for your domain to the 'Administrative' contact e-mail address for the domain name. You can check or view the administrative contact details for the domain by performing a WHOIS search using a tool such as www.allwhois.com
If the e-mail address or details are incorrect, please follow these steps to update them;
1. Login to the client area.
2. Click 'My Domains'.
3. Locate the domain you wish to update the details for and click the 'Manage' button at the far right of the row.
4. At the bottom of this page, click the 'Contact Information' button.
5. Update the details and click the 'Save' button at the bottom of this page.
Please ensure that the Administrative contact e-mail addresss is up to date and set to an e-mail address that you have access to. Additionally please be sure to check any Spam or Junk folders for the EPP code before reporting any problems.
