All accounts on our shared, reseller and semi-dedicated services are backed up multiple times throughout the day. These backups are made available to you via cPanel by selecting the 'R1Soft Restore Backups' option.
From here you can access all of the file backups for your account over the last recovery points on our network. For full details on how to restore individual files or folders, please revert to the R1Soft documentation found at the following URL:

If you are a reseller and wish to restore the files of an account within your reseller area, you will need to login to the cPanel for that particular account in order to restore content.
