If our engineers need to perform any work that is considered custom and outside the scope of typical cPanel or shared hosting operation, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of $10. We will always notify you in advance before invoicing you to ensure that you agree to this charge and are happy for us to continue.
This $20 is charged as engineer time and is considered adequate for approximately 15 minutes of work. The $20 charge is not a "per modification" charge, so if multiple modifications need to be made it's best for you to request them all at the same time.
