Do you support/allow ffmpeg or ffmpeg-php?

The short answer is "no", not on our shared hosting plans.

ffmpeg can be very resource heavy on popular sites, and because of the way shared hosting works we cannot allow anything that may interfere with or otherwise slow down the sites for other users on our shared servers. We're sorry, but unfortunately ffmpeg is best suited to dedicated environments. If you'd like to discuss our dedicated options, then please get in touch.
