Obtaining Support

The 3 step support checklist

Did you know that there are several places on our website that you can check for the answer to your question? Below are 3 simple steps you can follow in order to see if you can find the answers online.

  • Search our knowledgebase

Our knowledgebase is an online tool that contains a list of typical questions and answers that may be able to assist you. We constantly add new pieces of information to the knowledgebase all the time, including video tutorials, so this should always be your first port of call.

  • Check our status page

If you're experiencing connectivity issues, please take a look at our status page. This page is updated every 60 seconds and will tell you if a particular server is "up" or "down". These reports hook directly into the notification system for our server administrators, so you can be sure if a server is listed down on this page, we know about it and are working diligently to resolve the problem.

  • Check our Network Issues page

Sometimes a server may not be "down", but could be experiencing other issues. Please check our network issues page to see if there are any reported service affecting issues. If there are, you can also be sure that we're working hard to get things back up and running as soon as possible.

Getting in touch

If following the 3 steps above didn't help at all, then please submit a support ticket from within the client area, and one of our team will respond as soon as possible.
