If you’ve taken the time to read our “Why Us?” page you will have noticed that one of the advantages that seperates us from other hosts is that we will transfer your site to us, free of charge. We know it can be a huge headache transferring everything from one host to another, not to mention a rather time consuming process. Fortunately, we’re here to make it as painless as possible.

Previously, customers would ask us “What do you need from me to transfer my site?”. It became clear that this was a process that wasn’t particularly well documented and was almost hidden within the pages of our site. This, naturally, had to change. In an effort to improve communication and have a solid system which not only answers this question for our clients, but also provides our engineers with all the information they should need, we have created a Site Transfer Request Form. This hooks directly into our support ticket system, opening a ticket with all the necessary transfer details upon completion, hopefully making the process a lot easier for everyone. Additionally, we’ve whipped up a “Server Transfers” text page which outlines the limitations and hopefully answers any additional questions clients may have.

We’ve added the Site Transfer Request Form directly to our client area, so all customers should be able to view it and utilise it at any time. As always, your feedback is appreciated, so please let us know where we can improve.
